Architectural Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience of work and preparation of architectural designs and prelimenary ideas and the experience of design in buildings and commercial centers.

Structural Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in preparing Structural designs for projects, calculations, technical specifications and experience in concrete commercial and residential buildings.

Electrical Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience and has the knowledge to prepare electrical designs and technical specifications for commercial projects.

Mechanical Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the preparation of mechanical designs and technical specifications of the projects.

Auto CAD Operator

Qualification: Engineering or Architechtural graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the preparation of drawings and designs for projects.

Planning and Scheduling Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture or Civil)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the preparation and time scheduling projects and experience in the use of Primavera.

Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the measurement of quantities and preparation of the monthly payment certificates.

Surveyor

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in surveying works and proficient in work with integrated station.

Masons/ Tile Setters/ Plumbers

Minimum experience of three 3 years, not more than 40 years old

1. PRC License

4. Passport
5. 2x2 pictures (6 pcs.)
6. NBI clearance
7. Authenticated Documents from Malacanang, DFA — Transcript of Record, Diploma & Employment Cert. at least 2 years
